Penn Camera Exchange Inc. is a family owned and operated chain of camera stores that have
been serving the Washington D.C. metropolitan area for over 50 years. Though our recent expansion into internet sales allows us to expand sales to the rest of the country, we are still only able to monitor online transactions during our hours of internet operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. During that time, we will be able to answer any questions and concerns you may have, but please allow time for a response if contacting us after hours. Additionally, all items are shipped via UPS Ground. Please allow 2-3 days for the transaction to process, as well as the proper amount of time it takes for an item to leave the Washington DC metro area and arrive at the location you specified.
