Sometimes even the best photographic hardware needs to be repaired or maintained. Just bring your repair needs to your nearest Penn Camera location. Our sales staff will be able to determine the problem and provide you with a repair cost prior to your equipment being repaired. In some cases an estimate may be required. This kind of up front pricing can help you decide if you want to repair your tried and true hardware or think about replacing it with something new. You will always be notified prior to the repair so that you may choose to accept or refuse the repair.

While Penn Camera does not perform repairs in-house, we do have access to several repair facilities locally, regionally, and nationally, to provide you with the most professional, competent service and competitive pricing available. Turn-around time for repairs are generally a minimum of four weeks to a maximum of six weeks, dependent upon the nature of the repair. If your new or used photo equipment purchased from Penn Camera requires service under warranty or extended warranty, we will take care of the shipping and handling charges to the repair center.

Penn Camera charges a nominal fee of $25.00 for refused estimates on most cameras.  These fees cover the repair centers refused estimate fee as well as shipping and handling. If you need a piece of equipment while yours is out for repair, check with our Rental Department to help you out with that special occasion or job. For more information, please contact us at one of our store locations directly.
