Return Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase and your experience at Penn Camera. We will gladly return or exchange your purchase within 14 days under the following conditions:

·                 All return merchandise must be accompanied by a sales receipt and be returned within 14 days of purchase

·                 Returns can be made for credit, refund or exchange

·                 Refunds will be made in the same tender as purchase. Refunds for purchases made with cash or check may require 10 days to process

·                 No refunds or exchanges on special order merchandise

·                 All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all packaging (boxes, warranty cards and instruction manuals) in order to avoid a restocking fee

We are unable to accept returns on the following items: film, batteries, paper, backgrounds, software and chemistry. 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Call Penn Camera at 1-800-347-5770 or email internetsales@penncamera.com for a Return Authorization Number. Your return must be received within 10 days from the date the return authorization number is issued.

 

Please print the Return Authorization Number on the outside address label, and inside on a copy of our invoice.  Please include your telephone number and note the best time that you can be reached. Please keep a copy of the sales invoice, along with the Return authorization Number for your records.

 

If it is more convenient, items may be returned or exchanged at one of our stores in person. We thank you for your business!
