Shipping Information

If you are using a shipping address that is different than your billing address, you must notify your credit card company and have them add the shipping address to your credit card profile before you place an order. Penn Camera uses an address verification system that will reject your order if the shipping address does not match the credit card company's records. This is done in an effort to stem fraudulent activities.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our primary carrier

Internet Sales Orders for in-stock merchandise received by 12 noon eastern time will ship within 2 business days (excluding holidays) and will be billed at the time of shipping, Items not available at the time of original order will be billed at the time of their shipment. No additional shipping will be charged.

All items are insured when shipped.

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses please e-mail Professional Sales (link) for further instructions. Other than the aforementioned locations, Penn Camera does not ship outside of the continental United States.

Shipping services other than UPS (United Parcel Service) may require additional delivery time.

We do not ship any products classified as HAZMAT (hazardous material).

If your credit card billing address if different from your shipping address your credit card provider MUST have the shipping address information on file. Call the 800 number on your credit card and ask for customer service to add a ship to address.

Free shipping services do NOT apply to EBAY, Telephone sales, or Retail store purchases.

Shipping Rates

All rates apply to shipments made within the 48 continental United States

All backordered item are sent without additional frieght chargers.

Most items (cameras, camcorders and accessories)

• UPS Ground: No Charge for orders $ 200.00 and up
• UPS Ground: $ 8.95 for orders less than $ 200.00
• UPS 2nd Day Air: $ 19.95 per order

Heavier items (enlargers, telescopes, background paper, printers, etc.)

• UPS Ground: $ 24.95 per order
• UPS 2nd Day Air: $ 49.95 per order

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. To assure your security, every order is electronically verified before shipment.

Presently, Penn Camera is required by law to collect sales tax in the following states:

Maryland: 6.00%
Virginia: 5.00%
DC: 5.75%
New Jersey: 7.00%
New York  8.375%
Ohio: 6.50%
South Carolina: 6.00%
